Health notice

Our videos, recipes and remedies share traditional knowledge and personal experience for educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not replace your doctor. Check with a health professional before changing your diet or using any remedy, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication. You use the content at your own responsibility.

Your account

You need an account to buy the membership or coaching. Give accurate information, keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Membership

The membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account ("Manage billing"); you keep access until the end of the paid period and there are no partial refunds.

Members who join during the launch keep their launch price for as long as their subscription stays active without interruption. Access is personal: do not share, download or redistribute member content.

Personal coaching

Coaching is a one-time purchase. After paying, we contact you by email to schedule sessions. To reschedule, tell us at least 24 hours in advance; a session missed without notice counts as taken. Once the first session has taken place the purchase is not refundable.

Handmade products

Our copper items are made by hand to order in Mexico. Allow 3 to 6 weeks for production plus shipping time; we ship as soon as your piece is finished. Shipping within the United States is a flat $10 per order. Small differences in finish and color are normal in handmade pieces and are not defects.

Because pieces are made to order, an order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

Prices and payments

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Any taxes or import duties that may apply at delivery are the buyer's responsibility.

Content and intellectual property

Videos, texts, recipes, images and the Conciencia Esmeralda name belong to us. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for results obtained by following the content.
