Conciencia Esmeralda ("we") runs concienciaesmeralda.com. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you create an account we ask for your first name, last name, email and phone number, plus a password (stored encrypted; we never see it).
When you buy something, Stripe collects your payment details and, for physical items, your shipping address and phone. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; they never touch our servers. We keep the order details (what you bought, amount, shipping address) so we can fulfil and support your order.
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
To run your account and give you access to what you bought; to make and ship your order and contact you about it; to schedule coaching sessions; to send account emails such as email confirmation and password reset; and to meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run the site: Stripe (payments and receipts), Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting), YouTube (embedded videos, subject to Google's privacy policy) and the carrier that delivers physical orders. Each receives only what it needs for its task.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as tax or accounting rules require for purchases. Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored with providers that apply industry-standard security.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. Write to esmeraldaconciencia@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Minors
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
